MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne will be the second MONOPOLY DREAMS in the world, and the largest. With much to see and do, it’s an interactive experience for the young and the young at heart!

Is MONOPOLY DREAMS a giant boardgame?
MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne is not a large-scale version of the MONOPOLY game but an immersive experience that goes beyond the board game: allowing you to visit MONOPOLY City featuring iconic locations including the Water Works, Electric Company, Jail and Bank, as well as Mr. MONOPOLY’s mansion!
Where will MONOPOLY DREAMS be located?
When we open on 15 November, you can find us on the Lower Ground Floor at Melbourne Central: Corner LaTrobe and Swanston Streets, Melbourne VIC 3000
How long will it take for the experience?
It is anticipated that each visitor will need 1 – 1.5 hours to enjoy the experience to its fullest.
What can I expect to see at the retail store?
As Australia’s only dedicated MONOPOLY store, there will be an exclusive range of MONOPOLY themed products ranging from stationary to exclusive board games.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online now! They will be available from our website here, or at our admissions desk within MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne. All facilities are cashless.
Will I be able to purchase an open ticket?
MONOPOLY DREAMS will only offer timed entry to manage capacity and allow guests to enjoy the many activities within MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne. Sessions are offered every half hour. You are welcome to enter any time 30 minutes after the stated entry time.
Will I need to book in advance?
Due to limited availability for each session, booking in advance is recommended.
Will I be able to turn up and buy a ticket?
Sessions will likely sell out fast so pre-booking is recommended. You will be able to purchase tickets at the admissions desk, however sessions are subject to availability and popular sessions may be booked out. All facilities are cashless.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to dine at the café?
No, our café will be open for visitors to Melbourne Central without the need to purchase a ticket to enter.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to shop at the retail store?
No, our retail store will be open for visitors to Melbourne Central without the need to purchase a ticket to enter.
Do I need to pay extra once inside?
Once inside the experience, all the major attractions are included in your ticket price. If you would like to play our carnival games, there is a small additional fee.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Gift cards will be available to purchase and are valid for 3 years. You can buy gift vouchers here.
Can I purchase a season pass?
We are not offering season passes upon opening.
Age requirements
Is MONOPOLY DREAMS adults only?
MONOPOLY DREAMS is suitable for all ages. Children are very welcome.
Is there a minimum age?
MONOPOLY Dreams is suitable for all ages. Children 0-2 are free but require a ticket.
Which tickets should I purchase?
Where Ticket prices vary according to age, the following provisions apply:

- A person of 16 years or older is classed as an adult;
- A person aged 3 to 15 years is classed as a child; and
- For children aged 2 years and under, no admission fee will be charged; however, they require a ticket so we can manage capacity.
4DX Cinema age requirements
The 4DX motion chairs are equipped with motion simulators to mimic the action on the screen, combining intense motion, strong vibrations, and special effects. Due to safety requirements, the following guests will not be admitted to the 4DX Cinema:
- Guests who are pregnant.
- Guests aged 3 and under.
- Guests under 106 cm tall.
- Guests weighing over 120kg.
- Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, back or neck conditions, epilepsy, or any type of serious medical conditions or disabilities.
- Guests who have had recent surgery; injured bones and/or back or neck injuries; and/or are wearing casts or moon boots.
- Guests with breathing difficulties, such as allergies or scent sensitivities.
- Guests prone to motion sickness.
- Guests with sensory sensitivities.
- Due to the nature of the experience, no animals are permitted.
Concessions and groups
Will Concession tickets be available?
Yes! Concession Tickets apply to the following groups:

- Students, upon production of a valid Australian Student Concession Card.
- Australian Seniors upon presentation of ID to verify their age as over 60;
- Carers Card holders, upon presentation of a valid Carers Card. Note: One Companion Card Holder can enter free of charge with each person with a disability.
- Rates for guests with a disability will be available to eligible parties.
Is there a groups discount?
Group Tickets for parties of 10 or more will be available at discounted rates.
Events
Can I book a birthday party at MONOPOLY DREAMS?
Yes, we will have eight dedicated party spaces and game rooms available for hire. Party packages will include access to the attraction, a dedicated party space, and delicious party food. Stay tuned for updates on when birthday parties will become available.
Can I book a corporate event at MONOPOLY DREAMS?
