When are your trading hours?
MONOPOLY DREAMS will open in November, once open, our operating hours will be:
- Monday: 10am – 7pm
- Tuesday: 10am – 7pm
- Wednesday: 10am – 7pm
- Thursday: 10am – 9pm
- Friday: 10am – 9pm
- Saturday: 10am – 7pm
- Sunday 10am – 7pm
Operating hours may change, please check times on the date you wish to attend.
Are there session times?
MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne has timed entry to manage capacity and allow guests to enjoy the many activities within MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne.
Sessions are scheduled every 30 minutes. Your entry window is within 30 minutes of the time on your ticket.
Sessions can sell out fast so pre-booking is recommended. You are welcome to enter at any time during your scheduled session.
If you miss your session, we will endeavor to re-book you into the next available session, however we cannot guarantee entry if sessions are booked out.

MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne is adjacent to Lonsdale between Swanston and Elizabeth streets. We are located near the main entrance – please take the escalator down to the lower ground floor.
Do you accept cash?
MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne accepts cashless payments only. All major cards are accepted.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online now! They will be available to purchase online or at our admissions desk within MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to dine at the cafe?
No, our cafe will be open for visitors to Melbourne Central without the need to purchase a ticket to enter.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to shop at the retail store?
No, our retail store will be open for visitors to Melbourne Central without the need to purchase a ticket to enter.
Do I need to pay extra once inside?
Once inside the experience, all the major zones are included in your ticket price. If you would like to play our carnival games – including the DREAM & GO roller, coin bowling, money bag and MONOPOLY maze – you will need to purchase tokens to play.
What are your COVID-19 policies?

Can I bring my assistance animal?
Authorised assistance animals are welcome. Animals that are not authorised assistance animals are not allowed.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
MONOPOLY Dreams Melbourne is an accessible venue.
Please note that some game play in certain zones may be impacted. For further clarification regarding accessibility or specific guest experience, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 03 9623 2350. Alternatively, feel free to chat to attraction staff on the day who will be more then happy to assist.
- Wheelchair users are welcome to transfer into a cinema seat or remain in their personal wheelchair at the front of the cinema.
- Wheelchair users will require assistance to participate in the Banking experience.
- Wheelchair users are welcome to enter the Laser Maze for photo opportunities, but may not be able to complete the designed game play.

Where are the nearest parents’ facilities?
With a 5-star rating by the Breast Feeding Association, Melbourne Central’s Parents’ Retreat has change tables, a parents’ room, bins, toilets, breast-feeding cubicles, a microwave and a place for kids to play. The Parents’ Retreat is located on Level 2 of the Melbourne Central Shopping Centre.

Where is the best place to park?
Looking for parking in the Melbourne CBD? Parking at Melbourne Central couldn’t be simpler.
With over 880 undercover car spaces, you won’t have to keep circling to find the perfect spot.
The parking lot is easy to manoeuvre, safe and offers a great deal of value.
If you want to take advantage of the Melbourne Central car park, it can easily be accessed via Lonsdale Street and La Trobe Street.
Can I save by parking at Melbourne Central?
One of the best things about Melbourne Central carpark is you won’t be required to spend your entire shopping budget just to park your car.
Believe it or not, for every $10 you spend at any Melbourne Central store, you pay only $8 per hour for parking between 7am and 5pm. Simply have your parking ticket validated in store at point of purchase or at the Guest Service Desk.
- Standard Rate: $16 per hour
- Evening Rate: $13 flat rate after 5pm
- Earlybird Rate: $17 flat rate (enter before 10am and leave after 3pm)
Getting here by public transport
Travel by train
If you are looking to avoid the traffic, Metro Trains provide a train service to Melbourne Central Station, which is located directly beneath the centre.
