A booking cannot be confirmed without full receipt of payment.
Ticket holders should be prepared to produce valid identification at the point of entry.
The price of admission tickets may vary from time-to-time and the prices advertised are not guaranteed.
Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered.
Tickets that MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. If lost, tickets will not be replaced.
One ticket purchased entitles one person entry to the attraction on a single occasion. Once Visitors have exited MONOPOLY Dreams Melbourne, they will need to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter.
Tickets will include entry to most, but not all, areas of MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne. Subject to availability and at MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne’s discretion, visitors may be able to purchase additional tickets to obtain access to all areas of the attraction.
MONOPOLY DREAMS Melbourne reserves the right to cancel a ticket and refund the amount paid.

All children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Where Ticket prices vary according to age, the following provisions apply:
A person of 16 years or older is classed as an adult;
A person aged 3 to 15 years is classed as a child; and
For children aged 2 years and under, no admission fee will be charged; however, they require a ticket so we can manage capacity.

Disabled rates are available to eligible parties.

Group Tickets for parties of 10 or more may be available at discounted rates.
No dogs except authorised assistance animals or other pets of any kind shall be allowed in the attraction.
